The study of human relations is given so much attention because somehow, all aspects of our lives are closely knit. There are principles in parenting that can be applied in being the father or leader of an organization or a manager of some bus iness. Likewise, what is learned from a successful businessman can be learned by the laymen for him to apply in his parenting skills and improve his familys financial status. Individuals may have their own lives but are still linked to others because of their need and so with social systems.
